At the end of each semester, the Admission and Registration Unit announces a list of the outstanding students in the college, and the name of the student is placed in this list if he fulfills the following conditions:
That the student's semester GPA is 3.6 and above in the relevant semester.
The student must have enrolled in at least 15 credit hours in that semester, all of which are in the GPA.
The student must not have issued any disciplinary notice in the semester in which he received the university's honor slate.
The student's record does not contain an 'incomplete' tag.
